1920's vintage home in Charlottesville, VA

This bathroom floor had some small and one major cracking failure
and the owners wanted to upgrade the bathroom and get rid of the existing "black-n-white" look.
The original galvinized plumbing was replaced with new and electrical was relocated.
During the renovation, major subfloor issues were corrected and the deteriorated mortar and lath walls were replaced with sheetrock.
